 Schedule:
o Sunday service at 9am&11am
o We ask that Welcome Committee members show up at least 20 minutes before
scheduled service

 Objective
o Be a welcoming presence to everyone that comes through the doors on a Sunday
morning.
o Recognize new faces and make efforts to be sure that they are welcomed.
o Be prepared to answer any questions that new guests may have and show them
around.
o Hand out bulletins or any other information needed for service as people enter.
 Commitment Level: Casual/Consistent
o While you will not be required to serve in this position every week, or at every service,
we still greatly appreciate your commitment to the time you’re scheduled. It is hard on
the whole team when someone does not show for the time they agreed to with little or
no notice.
