 Schedule:
o Various days & Times
o Groups typically meet in the evening through the week, though some will meet in the
mornings
o Depending on the group, they will typically last between 1-2 hours
 Objective:
o Join with and commit to a small group leader for at least 1 year
o Be proactive in engaging with other group members and following up with them through
the week
o Mentor under the group leader and learn how to facilitate and lead a small group
discussion and fellowship
o Be willing to lead the group under their supervision
o Be willing to take the lead should the group leader not be able
o Be proactive in looking over the materials for the study before group begins
 Commitment Level: Consistent

o While the group would not fall apart without you there, this is an opportunity for you to
grow in your ability to guide others into relationship with Jesus. This requires a certain
level of responsibility and character.
