 Schedule:
o Sunday service at 9am & 11am
o 1 hour before service / Saturday afternoon
 Objective
o Get snacks and pastries out of refrigerator and arrange them onto the serving trays.
 This will need to be done at least an hour before service.
o Get coffee plugged in and ready.
 This will need done about an hour before service.

o Set up the coffee bar with necessary items.
 This can be done the Saturday evening.
o Stock necessary items from pantry in the back of the gym.
 This can be done Saturday night.
o Clean up coffee bar and lock supplies back into cupboard after the 11am service.
o Throw away any extra pastries and clean trays.
