Care & Connect Team Vision:
To bring care and encouragement to all those in our community who are homebound, hospitalized, sick or in need of prayer and connections. Our Care & Connect Team can support the above through visitation, cards, phone calls and prayer. Our goal is to show those in need that we Care, and will make a dedicated effort to Connect with them during the difficult seasons of their life journey.
Care & Connect Team Mission:
C – Care and Compassion: Show those in need that we care and want to connect
A – Advocacy: Show those in need that we are their advocate and supporters
R – Respectful of Requests: Show those in need we are respectful of them
E – Empathy: Show those in need that we understand their situation
