What can you possibly offer back to God as a sacrifice for sins?   Nothing.   So why do we still sacrifice?  Read on.

There was an old way to worship, and now there is a new way. And it’s not a matter of preference, we have to use the new way, or it isn’t effective.

It would seem that everything that Moses was commanded to build was actually a copy of the original already in heaven.

Is it impossible for those who have accepted Christ and then fallen away to be saved?

I almost laugh aloud when I read the last verses. It’s not funny, really….such a serious topic.  But I can’t help it…it just seems humorous to me.

Just because God has prepared a place for us doesn’t guarantee that you will go there when you die.

Jesus greater than Moses?   Seems obvious to us, but in the first century those were fighting words.  Here’s why:

 

Two key thoughts today. First, that once we accept the truth of the Gospel we must remain faithful to it, or we will “drift away” and incur punishment upon ourselves.   Secondly, the recap of who Jesus is, why He came as He did and what effect it has on us.

You will never be an angel.   You might have wings, but you aren’t going to be an angel.   You know why?
