Well, all I can say is there would be a whole lot less stones thrown if we practiced this.

When you don’t have your facts straight, you can make some bad decisions, and that’s exactly what happened here.

Do little children who die go to heaven?   How should I address a problem I have at church?   You’ll find the answers to those questions, and more in this chapter.

Let me get this straight:   Jesus asks the disciples what they are talking about and they say “it’s none of your business?”

Have you ever wondered what our bodies might look like when we get to heaven?  Maybe this passage gives us a clue.

When we read that Jesus fed 4,000 people from a few loaves, it almost get’s lost in the myriad of other miracles.   But there are some powerful lessons that we can learn from this encounter.

“Red sky at night, sailor’s delight”.   Almost every one has heard and understands this old saying.   Could it really be just that easy to know if Jesus is really God?

It used to hurt my feelings when I read this passage and heard Jesus refer to me (a Gentile) as a dog.  But I have since changed my perspective.

Don’t let your children read this passage!  It’s biblical proof that you don’t have to wash your hands before you eat!

No one can come to God unless God draws him.  Does He pick and choose?   Some scholars from throughout the ages believe that God decides who to shower with this special grace.   It follows then, that only those people can become Christians.     Is it possible that we won’t be “selected for heaven”?
