When you visit YFMC, you’re joining with many others who have experienced a radical life changing relationship with Jesus Christ. We place a high value on worship, Scripturally grounded teaching, and godly fellowship and service. Join us at 9am, 11am, or online!
We hope to encounter the Presence of Almighty God with you!
I decided to go once, just to make everyone happy... It's the last place I wanted to be... But something happened when I came through that door. Something I can't explain...

Check out our calendar to see our upcoming events. Whether you attend Sunday worship with us or not, you’re always welcome to come find community here!
Come visit our church and experience a welcoming community, Spirit filled worship, and gospel
centered preaching.
On Sunday morning, you will be greeted at the door by one of our friendly Welcome Committee members as you walk into the café style lobby with a fully stocked coffee bar with pastries available along the right wall past the welcome center, where there will be someone available to answer any questions you may have about our fellowship. Around the corner from the welcome center will be the children’s check-in through the double door entrance to the social hall.
Services begin at 9am & 11am and will begin with announcements, followed by a time of worship, and a gospel message. We then end each service with another short time of worship before prayer and dismissal. We actively seek to be a Spirit driven church, and so this time also often includes
testimony, prayer, and altar calls as we do our best to follow the leading of the Spirit. You will receive a bulletin with a connection card inside upon entering the sanctuary. Please feel free to fill this out with as much information as you’re willing to offer so that we can keep in contact and help you
connect in any way you feel drawn.
We are a community-oriented ministry, and you may notice that as soon as you enter the parking lot of the property. The Lord has blessed us with a beautiful portion of land by the Brokenstraw Creek on which we’ve built a community playground, planted a large community garden, various fruit trees, and have 2 pavilions and 2 basketball courts. The property is also part of Youngsville’s bike/hike trail, so you will often see people hiking though and enjoying the scenery, or fishing and swimming by our dock on the Creekside. The church building itself is used throughout the week for various community events and rentals. We truly want to be a place where everyone is invited to experience a relationship with Jesus Christ, and we believe that the Lord has blessed us with a multi-purpose property to keep that invitation open to all in our community.
We believe there is One God who is manifest in the persons of the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. The fullness of God is perfectly revealed to us in Jesus Christ and is effected in us by the power of the Holy Spirit.
As a Free Methodist affiliated church, we stand firm in our belief in the authority of the Scriptures as they pertain to every area of life. We also believe that the power and the gifts of the Holy Spirit that is promised in the Scriptures are still active in the church today. We believe that salvation from sin is
available to all who will respond in faith to the gospel of Jesus Christ and follow Him as Lord and Savior.
We believe that all who have come to know Jesus are to live in biblical community for the sake of building one another up and offering their God-given gifts and talents for the sake of demonstrating His Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven. For more information about what we believe about specific topics, please visit our core beliefs page, or visit the denominational website at https://fmcusa.org/webelieve
We have a staffed children’s service for grades K-5 at both the 9 & 11am service. This will take place in the social hall to the right of the lobby. We also offer nursery for 0-5 at the 9am service. The children will enjoy a time of worship, bible verse memory games, a lesson, and craft and snack time.
The Lighthouse youth ministry also has a devotional time for grades 6-12 in the youth area in the back of the social hall upstairs on Sunday mornings. They also meet every Thursday at 6pm-8pm in the youth room above the lobby.
